Lin Hult

Bio

Lin recently gained exposure as Meryl Streep’s body double in academy award nominated film Don’t Look Up. Classically trained, Lin has been active in the arts for many years. She began her career at New England Repertory Theatre, slithering across the stage as the female lizard Sarah in Edward Albee’s Seascape. Ms. Hult went on to work with several more dance/theatre companies. She enjoyed three seasons with King Richards Renaissance Faire as the sword-balancing, firespinning Gypsy Layla, delighted audiences of all ages with her comedic one woman show, Shiva! From the Harem of the World Traveler, and toured New England as an illusionist with her self produced show Magic In Motion. 

Her most recent theatrical endeavor is that of playing Catherine Greig, wife of Boston crime boss Whitey Bulger, in Saints, Sinners and Serial Killers, playing at the Wilbur Theatre. Lin has also kept busy in the local film industry, working on Web Series, Commercials, Indie and Feature Films and enjoys the creative collaboration of bringing ideas to life. Working behind the scenes she has been a Stand-In for Sissy Spacek, Meryl Streep and Cate Blanchett. Outside of work Lin is a mother, regularly teaches a Strength & Balance Exercise Program for seniors that she developed as an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Fitness Trainer, spends time as a Teaching Artist for District and Superior Court Training Programs, and is an advocate for the environment and animal welfare.
